Commercial Connectivity Services LLP (CCS), established in January 2017, operates in key states including California, Texas, New York, and Virginia. We are dedicated to meeting the critical need for robust Internet connectivity, particularly in areas where it’s lacking. We have successfully provided our services in a range of settings, including high-profile office buildings, the largest retired housing complex in the USA, and various low-income housing facilities. Currently, CCS is actively seeking expansion opportunities in several other states across the United States. Our leadership comprises of Jose Valenzuela and Jeff Skolnick, bringing their extensive experience to the helm.

CCS was founded to address a unique challenge presented by a prosperous commercial real estate investor. The investor owned a 50-unit commercial office building facing a high vacancy rate due to the lack of affordable high-speed Internet. The existing options of enterprise-grade fiber Internet were too costly, and DSL was too slow, with cable Internet unavailable. CCS stepped in to provide an in-house Internet Service Provider (ISP) solution, handling everything from sales to support and billing. This, in turn, helps building owners enhance their property’s value and generate a new revenue stream.

Our distinctive ability lies in implementing and servicing high-speed fiber Internet for multi-tenant commercial or residential buildings, taking the burden off building owners and offering convenience to tenants. With Jeff Skolnick’s two decades of experience in sales and management combined with Jose Valenzuela’s decades of expertise as a professional low-voltage contractor and Managed Service Provider, CCS is well-equipped with the skills and resources needed to provide innovative connectivity solutions.
